Refund Policy
Therefore, we offer a refund for a single coaching session, subject to the following conditions:
The client must submit a written refund request within 48 hours of the coaching/consultation session.
The written request must clearly explain that the coaching session did not provide any new insights or guidance on how to move forward in the specific area covered.
The refund applies to the single coaching session fee only and does not cover the entire coaching program, if applicable.
If the client is enrolled in a coaching program, the program may continue as scheduled at the agreed–upon fees.
In the event that two refund requests are made within any 12–month period, both requests will be honoured under the terms above, but the coaching agreement will be terminated.
